These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of enquire.trenchlessdrilling.us (the "Site"), operated by Drill Nation LLC, a subsidiary of AAJ Holdings LLC, under the Trenchless Drilling brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to request information or services for a real project. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation or security.

Quote Requests Are Non-Binding

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate you or us to anything. It is a request for information only. A binding agreement is formed only when you and we sign a separate written contract or work agreement for a specific project.

Pricing and Estimate Disclaimer

Any pricing, estimate, or quote we provide is an approximation based on the information available at the time and is not a guaranteed or final price. Actual pricing may change based on site conditions, utility locates, permitting, materials, access, soil and ground conditions, project scope, and other factors discovered during evaluation or work. Estimates are subject to change until confirmed in a signed written agreement.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in on our quote request form, you consent to receive text messages from Trenchless Drilling (Drill Nation LLC) related to your inquiry and project.

• Program description: We send lead follow-up messages, appointment/site-visit scheduling and reminders, and service or account notifications related to your quote request or project.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry, plus occasional service updates related to your project.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Message and data charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at (305) 889-7194 or drilling@trenchlessdrilling.us.
• Opt out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.
• Consent not required to purchase: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
• Privacy: Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Site and its content, logos, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
